Application access control ensures that only authorized users of the organization can access government electronic services that pertain to the organization.

You can set your organization's default policy according to your security requirements. If you prefer a strict security approach, you can create your custom policies per application.

The «Application Access Control» option is under «Manage Organization».

Change Default Organization Policy

By default, the default control policy is «Allow users/assistants to access all applications»

1. Select option «Change»
   

2. Select your default Organization Policy and then press «Save»
   

3. If the change of policy is from «Allow users / assistants to access all applications» to «Restrict users / assistants access to all applications» then:
   1. You have to specify which users / assistants in your organization will have access to applications through the «Custom application policies» option.
   2. If you do not set users / assistants, access to the applications will only be granted to the «Main Profile» of your organization, that is, the one that originally created the organization's profile in CY Login.
   3. In the event that you had previously set «Custom application policies», these are activated automatically.
4. If the change of policy is from «Restrict users / assistants access to all applications» to «Allow users / assistants to access all applications» then, if you had previously set «Custom application policies», they are not deleted but disabled.

Custom Application Policies

Add

1. Select option «Add».
   

2. Select the application from the list «Application».
   

3. Select users/ Assistants from the list «Users / Assistants»
   Select only the users / assistants you want to have access to the selected application.
   

4. Select «Save».

Change

1. Search for the application for which you want to change the policy
2. Select «Change»
   

3. Add or remove users / assistants from the list «Users / Assistants»
4. Press «Save».

Delete

1. Search for the application for which you want to delete.
2. Select «Delete»
   

3. Select «Yes»
